Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and how to have it deleted. In short: we collect what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it or track you around the internet.

Who we are

AI LinkSuite LLC is a limited liability company registered in North Carolina, United States, with its office at 415 A Blu Central Rd, Pineville, NC 28134. We are the controller of any personal information described here.

For any question about this policy, or to ask us to delete your information, email hello@ailinksuite.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, that is your name and email address, and — if you fill them in — your company, phone number, the topic you selected, and the message you wrote.

If you use the assistant on this site, your questions are sent to one of our AI providers — Groq or Anthropic — to generate an answer. Which one handles a given question depends on availability at the time. Do not type anything confidential into it. We keep the conversation only for as long as it takes to answer you.

Your recent assistant conversations are saved in your own browser so that you can pick one back up on a later visit. They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and are not linked to any identifier. Delete any of them from the panel itself, or remove all of them by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Alongside an enquiry we store the browser and the page you came from. That is used to tell real enquiries from automated spam, and for nothing else. We deliberately do not store your IP address with your enquiry.

To stop the contact form being abused, we limit how many messages can be sent from one connection in an hour. Your IP address is converted into an irreversible fingerprint for that check and is never stored in a form we could read back.

We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits and measure page speed. They set no cookies, assign you no identifier, and cannot follow you to other websites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of you.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of delivering and securing the site. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

If you are a client we invoice

Once we work together we hold what an invoice needs: your company name, a billing contact, an address, and a record of what was invoiced and what has been paid. We hold this to perform our agreement with you and to meet the record-keeping the law requires of a US company, not on the basis of consent.

Invoices are reached through a private link rather than an account, so there is no password to manage. Anyone holding that link can see that invoice, so please treat it as you would the invoice itself. Tell us if a link is forwarded somewhere it should not have been and we will replace it, which takes effect immediately.

We do not store card or bank details. Payment is made through your own bank, and nothing about how you pay passes through this website.

Financial records are kept for as long as US tax and company law requires, which is longer than the two years that applies to enquiries. That obligation overrides a request to delete them, and we will say so plainly if you ask.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the conversation so we do not lose track of it. That is the only purpose.

We rely on your consent, given by choosing to send us a message, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our business.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the service providers we need in order to operate. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Vercel Inc. hosts this website, processes the request that delivers each page to you, and provides the cookieless analytics described above.

Neon stores enquiries in a database hosted in the United States, so that a message reaches us even if email delivery fails.

Resend delivers the notification email that tells us your enquiry arrived.

Upstash holds the short-lived counters used to rate-limit the contact form and the assistant.

Sentry receives a report when something on the site fails, so that we find out before you have to tell us. These reports are configured to exclude IP addresses, cookies, and the contents of anything you submitted — they describe what broke, not who was using it.

Groq and Anthropic process questions you type into the site assistant in order to generate a reply. Neither receives your enquiries, and the assistant has no access to them.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are stored in our database for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to two years afterwards so we can pick up a thread that goes quiet and resumes. After that we delete them.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner, at any time, and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop using it. Email hello@ailinksuite.com and we will respond within thirty days.

You will never be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Enquiries travel encrypted in transit, are stored encrypted at rest, and access to them is limited to the two people who run the company.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing the text.
